Entering the classroom marks the beginning of a child’s KUMON learning journey. Teacher Lin Chunyi at KUMON Xindian Ziyou Zhongzheng Classroom adheres to the educational philosophy of first understanding, appreciating, and recognizing each child. She works closely with parents to analyze their child’s current learning level and grows alongside them in the learning process. Throughout this journey, she aims to build a strong partnership with parents to help the child grow and thrive.
The core of the KUMON method is child-centered. KUMON teachers assess each child’s learning level through diagnostic tests and level-specific evaluations, and then create a learning plan for the next three months, six months, or even a year. Regular communication with parents ensures continuous progress. No matter a child’s ability, they will always start from what they already know, gradually building confidence and laying a solid foundation for future learning. They will then move forward on the path to surpassing their grade level, cultivating "self-learning" habits and attitudes along the way.
Teacher Lin not only cares about the child's present but also focuses on their future development. Regardless of changes in the environment or educational system, she will always be there to support both parents and children, providing a strong backing!
