KUMON Excellent Student Sharing (Exceptional Student Yang Jieyue / High School Freshman) I started learning KUMON at the age of five, and my favorite subject is KUMON Math. Throughout the learning process, beyond improving my math skills, the long hours of practice have unknowingly helped me cultivate patience and the ability to seek solutions through mistakes. This attitude has enabled me to apply these skills across all types of learning.

Xiang Ning is currently in her kindergarten middle class. Before she was two and a half years old, her mother often arranged various activities, usually going out four days a week. Once, a friend reminded her mother: "Although it's rich and fun, the hardest part is making the child feel entertained at home. Stability needs to be cultivated, or it will be hard to self-study properly." Because of this advice, her mother decided to help her focus. As a result, at the age of two and seven months, Xiang Ning started at KUMON XinZhuang ZhongZheng TianQuan Classroom, first learning math, then gradually adding English and Chinese.

To allow more children in Taiwan to benefit from the KUMON education system, Chairman Chao, Wen-Yu revealed the key coaching goals for 2024, which focus on “caring for every student, ensuring the quality of learning, and strengthening communication with parents.” These efforts aim to help more students continue their KUMON learning journey while developing the self-learning attitude and methods necessary to surpass their grade levels and fully demonstrate the value of KUMON.

When Huixin started kindergarten, she had just moved from Taiwan to the United States. Because she couldn't speak the language and couldn't make any friends, she felt very frustrated. After her parents searched for options, they decided to take her to KUMON to learn math and English. Now, she is in the fourth grade and is doing eighth-grade level math. Huixin believes KUMON's learning method is excellent! The teacher guides her to find the answers herself, and she progresses very quickly. In third and fourth grade, she was even selected as the best and fastest student in her class. Therefore, she is very grateful to KUMON! Let's take a look at Huixin's share, written in English.

Yijia and Yian, the two brothers, are currently in the third and fourth grades of elementary school. Because they both started attending KON MON Preschool at a young age, they began learning KUMON math and English at around the age of three or four, and have continued their studies at the KUMON Daito Yanping North Road Liangzhou Center.

ASF Outstanding Student Parent Share "Give children time to absorb, only then can they continuously improve."

The greatest benefit of surpassing your grade level is that most of the content taught in school has already been covered in KUMON. As a result, whether it's a quiz or a major exam, you can easily score high!

KUMON Outstanding Student Lin Jiayu's Share: KUMON has been with me since I was young. It has witnessed me receiving awards on stage, seen me correct my work again and again, and even witnessed the moments when I wanted to give up but eventually gritted my teeth and persevered. It can be said that KUMON has been a part of my life. Thank you for its companionship, and for making my learning journey more colorful.

KUMON regularly holds recognition events for outstanding students who have exceeded their grade level at the Advanced Student Forum (ASF) around the world. Whether in Europe, the Middle East, South America, or other countries, many KUMON students have completed advanced materials as early as elementary school and received the prestigious ASF award.

ASF Outstanding Student Parent Sharing: Currently in 3rd grade, Pin-chen is receiving the ASF award for the first time this year. However, she didn’t initially set ASF as a specific goal. She simply followed the progress plan arranged by her teacher, Zhuo You-chi, and consistently completed her daily assignments. Through this steady commitment, she continued to challenge herself and advance in her learning. Pin-chen is very happy to have won the ASF award. She feels proud of herself and is eager to keep learning! In addition to improving her math skills, Pin-chen believes that learning KUMON has also helped her focus better, enabling her to work without being distracted by external factors. Whenever she faced challenges, Teacher Zhuo was always patient in guiding her, allowing her to calm down and think about the next step, which is why she never thought about giving up.

International KUMON Excellent Student Share: Pragyaa is an outstanding KUMON student from Australia who completed the highest level of KUMON English at the age of 11. KUMON English fosters students' high reading comprehension skills. To encourage broad reading, the curriculum includes a wide variety of articles, starting from simple levels and gradually increasing in difficulty.
